Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to
be bound by them.<\/p>\n

Mia\u2019s Bakery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Website.<\/p>\n

Terms of Pickup<\/span>:
Because of the fragile nature of our products, any damage incurred after the items have been received by the customer will not constitute for refund or replacement. In-Store pickups must be placed at least eight\u00a0hours before the intended pickup time at Mia’s Bakery and at least 24 hours in advance at the Times square location but in some circumstances, more time may be needed. A phone number is\u00a0required to verify pickup time.<\/p>\n

Orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours before\u00a0the preferred pickup date. Please call (347) 987-3194\u00a0so that we may assist you with your request. Orders cancelled within that 24 hour period may incur a fee up to and including the value of the purchase.

Refund and Return Policy<\/span>
If there is a problem with an order you’ve received, please call (347) 987-3194\u00a0or email us at\u00a0bakery@miasbrooklyn.com.\u00a0Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of when the package was received. There are no returns\u00a0or\u00a0exchanges.<\/p>\n

Mia’s Bakery is not responsible for:
– Compromised quality due to prolonged outdoor exposure to the package.
– Improper handling of the product by the customer.
– Cakes that have not been picked up or cakes picked up on a date other than that requested.
Depending on the circumstance, Mia\u2019s Bakery may issue a credit or re-order.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/span>
To avoid any charges, orders must be cancelled more than 24 hours\u00a0before\u00a0the preferred pick up date. There is a 50% charge of the total on all orders cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup date. Any orders cancelled on the same day of the pick up date are non- refundable.
