  • IRIS ESPRESSO $18.00

A competition-caliber espresso. Each component is roasted separately to preserve origin character and achieve a balanced extraction and consistency. We suggest you let these beans rest for a few days after roasting before pulling any shots. Named after the founder’s daughter, Iris, this signature blend reflects her colorful, radiant personality. In the cup, jammy, spicy, balanced with notes of bakers chocolate, root beer, flowers and figs.

    Origin: Ethiopia, Peru, Sumatra
Notes: Berries, Cocoa, Fig, Flowers, Root Beer, Honey

Excellent as a first cup of the day, all day long or after just about any dessert. These very hard, dense beans blew us away at a roast slightly darker than right down the middle.
