I really love the blue velvet cake. Due to short notice had to go with Vanilla which was good too. I requested the cake less than 24 hours they delivered. The edible candies I think it could be made of a gummy or a bit tasty. Didn't have a taste or just overall chewy. I would most definitely shop here again. They are worth every penny and great customer service. Timely response.
We always get our cakes from Mia’s Bakery and they never disappoint! The cakes are not only delicious, but truly beautiful every single time. All wedding cakes are made to order and designed specifically for your event to ensure both visual impact and structural integrity.
How far in advance should I order my wedding cake?
We recommend ordering your wedding cake 4–6 weeks in advance for the best availability and design flexibility.
That said, we do accept last-minute wedding cake orders when our schedule allows, so we encourage you to reach out even if your event is coming up sooner.
Do you offer wedding cake tastings?
Yes, we offer wedding cake tastings by appointment, allowing you to sample our cake and filling options before placing your order.
Tastings are designed to help you choose flavors with confidence and are scheduled based on availability at our bakery locations.
Do you provide wedding cake delivery and setup?
Yes. We deliver and set up wedding cakes throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and parts of Long Island.
How many servings does each tier provide?
A 6-inch tier serves 8-12 guests, 8-inch serves 20-30, 10-inch serves 38-50, and 12-inch serves 55-70. Final counts depend on slice size and cake style.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
We offer select dietary-friendly options, including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and nut-free cakes, depending on flavor and design.
Please note that our kitchen is not allergen-free, and while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination — contact us in advance so we can confirm availability and suitability for your needs.
What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Wedding cake orders are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy, which is outlined at the time of booking and varies based on notice given and production status.
Because wedding cakes are custom-made, deposits are generally non-refundable, but we will always do our best to accommodate date changes when sufficient notice is provided.
Do you offer other wedding services besides cakes?
In addition to wedding cakes, we also operate Quinn Florist, a full-service floral studio specializing in refined, design-forward wedding and event florals throughout NYC.
While cake and floral services are booked separately, working with one creative team allows for elevated coordination, cohesive aesthetics, and a more seamless planning experience.
Can I order a bouquet/arrangement?
Yes. Quinn Florist, specializes in wedding flowers and can coordinate with your cake order. They create bridal bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, and full wedding florals.
