My experience ordering a custom cake was excellent from start through eating the cake! I placed on online inquiry and someone from the upper east side location followed up promptly by text then a phone call, talked through my needs, sent me great options that achieved exactly what I wanted. The cake was ready at the appointed time and was well packaged. The execution of the design was perfect - simple and elegant chocolate frosting with gold writing. And most important of all it was delicious! Everyone at the party loved it. I’ll definitely order from Mia’s again.
